📄 Refund and Return Policy (BABUINO Activewear)

At BABUINO, we want you to feel as unstoppable as our gear. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we’re here to help you get it right.

1. Return Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and odor-free).

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • It must be in the original packaging (whenever possible).

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, returns on underwear or socks are not accepted unless they have a clear manufacturing defect.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email babuinoactive@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. We will provide you with the specific shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your new size.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item: BABUINO will cover 100% of the shipping costs.

  • Size Exchange or Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and to receive the new one.
